Shipping Policy

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. Shipping costs are $60 and does not include local taxes that might get charged by customs upon arrival.

 

Order Processing & Lead Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Out of Stock Items: Orders  for items currently out of stock will be emailed with updated delivery times.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Because many of our designs are crafted with intention and precision, please allow 4–5 weeks for the production and shipment of custom or made-to-order jewelry.

  • Peak Periods: During holiday seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our commitment to quality. If a significant delay is expected, our team will reach out to you directly via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer a choice of  Standard Ground and Expedited shipping on all domestic orders.

  • Delivery estimates provided at checkout are calculated once your order has left our studio.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or major public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your jewelry has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to become active within the carrier’s system.
