MeiraT Streetstyle, a photo shoot in Soho
Posted on November 18 2014
On this dreary rainy morning, I am flashing back to a perfect balmy summer day. It was one of those days that begged to be spent outside in New York City, not too hot, air crisp and sun shining. I called my beautiful friend Lauren, who happens to also have impeccable style, and begged her to meet me in Soho so we could have some fun. I grabbed the office camera which I love to experiment with ( my personal camera pales in comparison), and headed to Soho. I love high low images, where high end merchandise is shot in funkier locales so when I saw this graffiti wall I couldn't resist.
Down the block we passed these black metal stairs which are quintessential Soho to me, and can be seen on little side streets leading up to lofts, warehouses, and retail locations alike. The black of the staircase and Lauren's Chanel bag were a perfect foil to the lighter colored Jewelry.
This is a great shot of the Necklace, which I love because it is bold in size, yet dainty and feminine because of the pale colors and fine detail of the stones inlayed within the design.
We ended our downtown jaunt at Juicepress. I know, sounds a little cliched, but for me the Love at First Sight is just that. Perfectly sweet and refreshing, and you feel healthier just looking at it. Fine Jewelry and fine juice- cheers!

Stay tuned, warm weathered Bahamas shoot up next!
